Access the Nuvola electronic register from a computer
Access the Nuvola electronic register it's a simple procedure that takes just a few minutes. At the first access it is necessary to authenticate with the credentials provided by your school at the beginning of the school year, after which it will be possible to personalize the access data respecting the limits imposed by the system.
To access Nuvola, connect to the service website, enter your credentials in the fields Username e Password and click sul pulsating Login present in the box Enter your credentials. For security reasons, the first time you log in, you are asked to change your password: on the new page you open, type your current password in the field Current Password, enter the new access key you have chosen in the fields New password e Confirm new password e pulsing sul pulsating Change my password per confermare I modified it.
When you first log into Nuvola, you can also change your username to one that is easier to remember and you can enter your email address in case you lose your login data. On the screen Edit profile data, if you want to change your username, enter a new one (consisting of at least 6 characters) in the field Username, making sure that the nickname you choose is not already in use by other users.
Now, in the section Email and credentials, enter your valid email address in the field Email and, if you wish, also indicate a second email address in the field Email 2. Then enter your phone number to receive SMS communications in the field Mobile phone and click sul pulsating Save to complete the credentials modification procedure and access the main screen of the Nuvola electronic register.

Access the Nuvola electronic register from smartphones and tablets
If you don't have a computer available, you need to know that you can too access the Nuvola electronic register from smartphones and tablets. At the time of writing, the service is not available as an application but is perfectly optimized and accessible from mobile via browser.
To access Nuvola from your smartphone or tablet, connected to the electronic register website, enter your access data in the fields Username e Password e fai tap sul pulsating Login. Also in this case, if you are logged in to the Nuvola electronic register for the first time, you must customize the password by entering the one currently in use in the field Current Password and the new one in the fields New password e Confirm new password. To save the changes and access the Cloud, press the button Change my password.
Now, if you want to change your username as well, type the new username in the field Username and check availability, then enter your contact details in the fields Email e Mobile phone (useful in case of loss of login credentials and to receive communications via SMS) and tap the button Save.
As mentioned above, Nuvola is not available in the form of an application for smartphones and tablets (the application exists Time and Attendance Cloud but it is dedicated to the secretariats of the schools). However, you can download some applications developed by third parties that support the features of Nuvola.

After downloading it from the Play Store, start it by pressing on its icon (a blue cloud on white background), enter your data in the fields Username e Password e fai tap sul pulsating Confirmation to access the electronic register.
If, on the other hand, you have a iPhone or iPad, you can download Electronic register, a free application compatible with the most popular electronic registers, such as ClassViva, SchoolNext and, precisely, Cloud. To access the service, after downloading the application fromApp Store, tap on the icon Electronic register (a open book) e pigia sul pulsating let's begin.
Now, tap on the item Province, select your city, press the option School and select your school from the menu that appears. If you don't see your school, tap on the item Can't find your school?, click on the option Electronic register and select the item Cloud, then enter your school code in the field School code e fai tap sul pulsating Continue.
Finally, enter your login credentials to the Nuvola electronic register in the fields Username e Password e pulsing sul pulsating Log in to login.
How to recover the username and password of the Nuvola electronic register
If you don't remember your login credentials, you can recover username and password provided you have previously associated a valid email address with your Nuvola account. Then log in to the Nuvola website and click on the item Forgotten credentials? present in basso.
In the new open page, you must indicate the data you want to recover: then press the button Go to password recovery if you no longer remember the password to access your account, or click on the button Go to username recovery if you have lost your username.
In case of password recovery, enter your current username in the field Username, put the check mark next to the item I'm not a robot but I will verify your identity and the pulse rate Request password. Within a few moments you will receive an email containing a link to set the new password: click on it and enter the new password in the appropriate fields.
If, on the other hand, you have forgotten your username, enter your email address in the field Email, put the check mark next to the item I'm not a robot and click sul pulsating Request username to receive an email with a new username that you can change at the next login.
You should know that if you have not yet associated a valid email address with your account and you do not remember your password or username, you will need to contact the office of your school to retrieve your login credentials.
In case of problems
If you are having problems accessing the Nuvola electronic register, contact your school's secretariat for assistance and information. If the problems continue, you can call theMadisoft assistance (the manufacturer of Nuvola) to the number 0733.203595 or send an email to supporto@madisoft.com.
If, on the other hand, you are a referent teacher, you can consult the Nuvola Support Center and get access to guides and video tutorials. If the problem persists, press the button Open a ticket, put the check mark next to the item Support - Cloud, select the problem encountered and click on the button Following, dopodiché inserti i tuoi dati nei campi First name & Last name, Email, Priority, Institute e School and describe the problem encountered in the field Message.
