Convert Received Amazon Vouchers
Let's start this guide trying to understand how to convert the Amazon vouchers received as a gift (or in other ways) in order to turn them into balance for the account. The procedure to be carried out is very simple and can be carried out without problems both from a PC and from a mobile device.
From computer
If you have a PC at hand, the first step you need to take to add Amazon coupons to your account is to log into the site with your credentials. Then connect to the home page of Amazon, move the cursor to the item My Account located at the top right and click on the button Log in. Then enter your Amazon account email address and password and click again on Log in.
Now, move the cursor over the item again My Account always present at the top right and select the item My Account from the menu that opens, then click on the button Gift Vouchers.
In the new Web page that is shown to you at this point, press the button Add to my account, type the code of your gift voucher in the empty field under the writing Enter the gift voucher code and click Verifica.
If you do not know how to identify the gift voucher code, please note that it is a set of 14-15 alphanumeric characters (ex. AS25-NJZ1JX-CZCP5). If you have received the voucher by mail or printed on paper you should find it in plain sight, if you have received a plasticized Amazon gift card instead you will have to scratch or gently remove the protective coating on the back of the card to discover the code.
If the previous code entered was valid (this will be signaled to you by the appearance of a specific color warning greenotherwise the warning will be colored red), click on your button Add to my account and wait a few moments for the operation to be registered and the salvo to be added to your account.
Later, you can check the credit available on your account by going to the section Gift Vouchers de My Account. You will find your balance next to the item Current balance:.
Give smartphone and tablet
Do you want to convert your Amazon vouchers from your smartphone or tablet? No problem. As I already mentioned at the beginning, it is a very feasible operation. Then, grab your device, go to the screen where all the applications are grouped and step on the official app icon of Amazon. If you have not already downloaded the app on your device, you can download on Android, iOS and Windows Phone from the relevant app stores using the links I just provided.
Once the main screen of the app is displayed, presses the button with the three lines horizontally present at the top left, select the item Gift Vouchers from the menu that is shown to you and presses the button Do you already have a gift certificate? Add it to your account.
Now, type the password of your Amazon account or unlock the account with your fingerprint (if your device supports the feature), type the code of your gift voucher in the appropriate empty field, stop on the button Verifica and if the voucher is valid (this will be indicated to you by means of a specific notice on the screen) press the button Add to my account which is located at the bottom.
Alternatively, you can scan your gift card by tapping on Scan your gift card and then framing the code in your possession with the smartphone or tablet camera (make sure it appears inside the scan box visible on the screen) which will be automatically acquired by the device and added in the appropriate field. Then stop on Add to my account and the game is done.
Add balance to Amazon account
Now, instead, let's see what needs to be done to personally add the balance to the Amazon account. The procedure is slightly different from the one seen together earlier but still nothing difficult, do not worry.
From computer
To add salo to your Amazon account the first thing you need to do, after logging in on the site as seen together in the previous lines, is to click on the item My Account located at the top right and select the wording My Account give the menu check if you press.
In the new web page that appears, click on the button Gift Vouchers and then presses the button Top up your account that you find on the left. Now, select the top-up amount you prefer by choosing from 50€, 100€, 200€ o 300€. Alternatively, you can choose an amount of your choice by entering the exact amount in the field Enter an amount which is on the right.
Then click on the button Continue, select a payment method from those shown in the list (if you have not yet added any payment methods to your account, click on the link Add a card to fix it now and read my guide on how Amazon works for more info) and click again on Continue.
Finally, check that the data relating to your payment method and the amount entered for the search are correct (if not, click on the relevant link to make the changes) and press the button Buy it now to finalize the order.
Once this is done, the chosen amount will be immediately added to your account (it takes up to 5 minutes) after which you can view your balance by going to the section Gift Vouchers de My Account and consulting what is indicated next to the wording Current balance: on the left.
If you want, you can also have your account recharged automatically according to a scheduled frequency or when you reach a certain minimum amount. To do this, click on the link Configure automatic reload che trovi semper nella sezione Gift Vouchers in your Amazon account settings and choose whether to automatically reload according to one planning or whether to reload automatically when your balance goes down.
Then type the amount to add to the account in the field below the item Top-up amount: / Top-up amount: and then, based on the choice made previously, choose the top-up frequency and the date of adding the balance or the minimum amount of the balance above which the automatic search must be issued. Then click on Save your auto reload settings to confirm everything.
Give smartphone and tablet
If you want, you can also add balance to your Amazon account by acting as a smartphone and tablet. To do this, open the Amazon app on your device, stop on the button with the three lines horizontally located at the top left and choose the option Gift Vouchers from the menu you see appearing.
Then he presses the button Top up your account, select a search cut from those available by choosing from 25€, 50€, 100€, 200€, 300€ o 500€ or enter an amount of your choice by typing it in the appropriate field Enter an amount present at the bottom then tap on Continue.
At this point, select the payment method you want to use from those available (or step on Add a new payment method to add another) and presses on Continue then check that there are no errors in the order summary (otherwise make the necessary changes by selecting the appropriate items) and finalize the order by tapping on Buy it now.
If, on the other hand, you want to set up automatic recharge from your smartphone or tablet, go to the section again Top up your account of the Amazon app, presses on the item Auto reload settings which is at the bottom, choose whether to top up the account automatically based on a specific schedule or whether to top up the account when the balance reaches a certain minimum limit and presses on Sign in to continue.
Finally, enter the login data relating to your Amazon account (or, if your device supports it, log in using your fingerprint) then indicate the payment system you want to use among those available and press on Sraise your auto reload settings.
