How to switch accounts on WhatsApp on Android
Before explaining to you how to change whatsapp account on android, you should know that the procedures I am about to illustrate could compromise the WhatsApp save files. For this reason, I recommend that you make a backup of your chats on the application, so as not to risk them being lost during the change.
To make a backup of the chats, open WhatsApp and press onthree dots icon at the top right, and, from the menu that is proposed, presses on the option Settings. In the screen that has just appeared, you have to press on the button Chat, and immediately after pressing the button Backup of chats. Lastly, click on the option RUN BACKUP. More info here.
How to change your WhatsApp account

Now, therefore, I proceed by explaining how to do it. The directions are valid for all models of Android smartphones, so you want to know how to change whatsapp account on samsung, how to change WhatsApp account on Xiaomi, Huawei or any other type of device, the steps to take are the same.
To proceed, you need to open WhatsApp, press onthree dots icon located at the top right and press on the option Settings. At this point, in the new screen you are in, press the button Account. From the menu in which you are sent, press the option Change number.
You are almost there: what you have to do now is to press the button NEXT to begin the account change process. Then type your old phone number (the one that is currently in use by the WhatsApp account), in the first field named telephone number; then enter the phone number on which you want to create the new WhatsApp account in the second field, also called telephone number. After these steps, press the button NEXT.
The last step to take care of is that of verification code, which, if you've made it this far, should already have been sent to your new mobile number. Enter it, therefore, on WhatsApp in the field where you are asked.
Now your WhatsApp account has been changed and the number has been replaced with the new one. To start using the application with the new account, you need to install / reinstall WhatsApp on a phone (which can also be the one already in use) associated with the new number on which you transferred the account and the same Google account where you backed up your chats.
The device should automatically detect any backups on your Google account and ask you to restore them to the new number, thus letting you find all your old chats. How to change Google account on WhatsApp
Another key piece of information to keep in mind is knowing how to change google account on whatsapp. This can be useful from the moment you want to make online backups and transfer them to a particular Google account.
What you have to do, therefore, is to open WhatsApp, press onthree dots icon located at the top right and press on the option Settings. From here, you need to go to the option Chat, and then presses the button Backup of chats.
At the bottom of the screen where you just arrived, tap on the item Google Account, where you will be shown all the active Google emails on your device. Press, therefore, on the email you want to use, or press on Add an account to add a new one, if it is not present.
Once you have selected the Google email you want to use, you will be asked to approve WhatsApp permissions. Press, therefore, on the option Allow: you now have a new Google account linked to your WhatsApp account.
From now on, therefore, all online backups will be uploaded to the Google Drive linked to the Google account you just added to your WhatsApp account. How to customize WhatsApp account
Obviously, a WhatsApp account wouldn't be yours if you didn't have the option to customize. In fact, you can decide for yourself how to show your WhatsApp profile to all your contacts.
You can change many elements of your profile on WhatsApp, including theprofile picture and state. By doing so, you can fully customize your WhatsApp profile and make it show exactly what you want. How to switch accounts on WhatsApp on iPhone
You have a iPhone? No problem, now I'll explain how to proceed. Again, as explained in the previous chapter dedicated to Android, before showing you how to switch accounts on WhatsApp, I highly recommend you make a backup chat. In this way you can be sure that they will not be lost, in case there are any unexpected events during the process that I am about to indicate to you.
To make a backup, therefore, open WhatsApp and press on the tab Settings, bottom right. From the menu that appears, presses on the item Chat, then click on the option Backup of chats. At this point, all you have to do is press on the voice Back up now and your chats will be stored on iCloud.
How to change your WhatsApp account
change WhatsApp account on iPhone, as well as on Android, you need to equip yourself with a new mobile number, as WhatsApp accounts are linked to telephone numbers.
The procedure for changing the account on WhatsApp on iPhone is perfectly similar to what I showed you in the previous chapter on Android, so you can follow the same process. The only difference is that the settings are accessible not from the three dots button but from the tab Settings located at the bottom right.
Once you have followed all the steps, pressing on the options Account> Change number, the account will be changed to that of the new assigned number. You will therefore have to install / reinstall WhatsApp on an iPhone associated with the new number and at the same Apple ID used to make backups and the device should allow you to bring your chats back into WhatsApp automatically.

How to change Apple account on WhatsApp
As mentioned above, all backups made by WhatsApp on iPhone are saved on iCloud, Apple's cloud storage service. To use it, you must therefore associate an Apple ID with your smartphone.
Unlike what happens on Android, on iPhone it is not possible to associate more than one cloud account for WhatsApp backup, so you must choose only one Apple ID and use that for all the backup and synchronization operations of the apps on your device. You can manage your Apple ID from the menu Settings iOS device (the gear icon located on the Home screen or in the App Library), then pressing the you don't know or on the item for log in (in case there is no Apple ID associated with the phone yet).

How to customize WhatsApp account

How to switch accounts on WhatsApp Web
In case you need to change account on WhatsApp Web, know that the process is really very simple. The procedure is also valid for the WhatsApp client for Windows and macOS (which works the same way).
First, you need to log into WhatsApp Web and click onthree dots icon located at the top left. From the menu that is proposed to you, click on the option Disconnect. By doing so, the account that was previously associated with WhatsApp Web will, in fact, be disconnected.
What you see now on your screen, on the WhatsApp Web page, is a QR code, which you need to scan via the new device you want to connect to WhatsApp Web.
So now you can associate a different account with WhatsApp Web, whether it is that of the same phone or that of a different device. To do this, open WhatsApp from the device you are trying to connect to WhatsApp Web.
Stai using a Android device, then press onthree dots icon located at the top right and, from the menu that is proposed to you, presses on the option Web WhatsApp.
From here, you can too disconnect all devices already connected to your WhatsApp Web account. To do so, simply click on the option Disconnect from all devices.
Let's get back to us: to connect a different account to WhatsApp Web, you have to press the icon +, top right. At this point, all you have to do is frame the QR code present on the computer screen with your mobile phone, and the WhatsApp account associated with the phone will be connected to WhatsApp Web.
I invented stai using a iPhone, you have to press on the tab Settings, bottom right. At this point, press on the voice WhatsApp Web / Desktop.
Also in this case, I would like to specify you, before continuing with the explanation, that in the screen where you are now you can also disconnect all devices that are already connected to your WhatsApp Web account. Just click on the option Disconnect from all devices, And that's it.
To connect another account to WhatsApp Web, then, press the key Scan the QR code and framing the QR code present on the computer screen using your mobile phone. Once this is done, the WhatsApp account that is linked to the phone you are using will automatically be connected to WhatsApp Web. Child's play!
