How to subscribe to the Postepay app
In order to access the PostePay app, you must first have a Poste cittàne account. If you don't have one at this moment, know that you can create it right now, even from the same app. So let me explain how to register from the PostePay app.
First of all, start the app in question on your Android or iOS / iPadOS device (if you haven't installed it yet, I've explained how to do it in this other guide) and press the button Subscribe located at the bottom of the screen. Next, fill out the form that is proposed to you, providing yours name, last name e fiscal Code; dopodiché premium pulsating Continue and make sure that the data concerning your date of birth, your sex, your country of birth and yours County of birth e birth place are right (otherwise you correct them).
Then, tick the box I'm not a robot and press the yellow button Confirmation, to continue. Now, indicate in the appropriate text field theemail address with which you intend to register, tap the button Continue and confirm the address you provided by typing the code of confirmation that was sent to you by email.
At this point, tap the button again Continue, provide yours cellphone number in the appropriate text field, tap the button Continue, type il code of confirmation in the appropriate box and press the button once again Continue.
Now, type la twice Password with which you intend to register, by writing it in the text fields that appear on the screen, and press the button Continue. Therefore, check the boxes relating to acceptance of the conditions of use of the service and having read the privacy policy, choose whether or not to accept the processing of your data for promotional purposes and press the button again Continue.
Finally, check that all the data entered are correct and press the button Confirm registration, to complete the procedure. Pressing on the button Go to MyPoste, you will return to the app login screen.

How to access the PostePay app with credentials
It was preferred access the PostePay app with credentials, to login you must first start the application on your Android or iOS / iPadOS device and fill in the text fields Username e Password providing, respectively, the email address with which you registered on the Poste cittàne site and the password you set. Then press the button Log in to log in.
Now, if it is the first time you log in, put the check mark on the boxes relating to the acceptance of the conditions of use of the service and tap the button Confirmation at the bottom of the screen to continue. Since this is the first time you access your PostePay from the app, you will need to provide your card details if you want to check its movements.
To carry out the operation in question, click on the button Products located at the bottom left and, in the screen that opens, tap the yellow button Enter card data. At this point, provide the your card number in the appropriate text field, click on the button NEXT, provide the Expiration date of the same, press the button NEXT, indicates the code CVV2/CVC2 shown on the back of the prepaid card, tap the button again NEXT and follow the instructions given on the screen to complete the procedure.
Once you have added your PostePay in the app, you can check the movements on the card, make payments, etc., directly from your smartphone or tablet. The information above, of course, applies to both access the PostePay Evolution app and to log in to the "standard" PostePay.
How to access the PostePay app with PosteID
If you have activated the PosteID code (I explained how to do it in this other guide, remember?), you can access the PostePay app without having to type the credentials from time to time, but simply by typing the code in question in the appropriate text field.
To proceed, therefore, start the PostePay app on your Android or iOS / iPadOS device and write your PosteID code in the text field PosteID code, which is located at the top of the screen. Then tap the yellow button Confirmation, placed at the bottom of the screen, and that's it.
If for some reason you do not see the screen in question, but the "classic" login page of Poste cittàne, first enter the credentials of your Poste cittàne account following the procedure I indicated in the previous chapter, and repeat the steps described above .
Problems accessing the PostePay app
You are experiencing problems accessing the PostePay app, maybe because you have lost your account credentials? In this case, you can start the simple procedure that allows you to recover them.
After starting the PostePay app on your Android or iOS / iPadOS device, tap on the wording Forgot your credentials?, located immediately below the login form and, on the page that opens in the browser of your mobile device, indicate if you want retrieve username I understood recover your password by placing the check mark on one of the two available boxes. Then tap the yellow button Continue, to move forward.
At this point, if you have decided to recover your username, provide yours fiscal Code in the appropriate text field, check the box I'm not a robot, pig sul sul bottone Continue located at the bottom of the screen and, after typing the code of confirmation received via SMS to the number associated with your Poste cittàne account, press the button Continue. By doing so, you will be provided, via SMS, with the username associated with your account.
If you've decided to recover your passwordinstead, enter username e fiscal Code in the appropriate text fields, check the box I'm not a robot and his bottone award Continue. Within a few moments, you will receive via SMS the new password through which you can access the online services of Poste cittàne.
