What is the vaccination certificate used for and what does it contain?
As its name suggests, the vaccination certificate is used to certify the fact that you have been vaccinated against Covid-19. It will therefore be useful for the health pass set up from June 9 to September 30 to travel within the European Union and attend places with more than 1000 people.

It is also important to know the information contained in the vaccination certificate:
- your first and last names and date of birth;
- the date of the last injection;
- the number of injections received;
- your vaccination status (in progress or vaccinated);
- the type of vaccine;
- a Datamatrix;
- a QR Code.
As a reminder, a Datamatrix looks like a QR Code, but it is an element certified by the 2D-DOC standard of the Spanish government and which authenticates the document. This is what the authorized people will scan to check that your vaccination certificate is not falsified.
Point important : your health information will not be disclosed to people who scan your vaccination certificate. The Datamatrix only indicates whether the document meets the standards or not and displays your first and last names.

How to obtain the vaccination certificate?
To obtain your vaccination certificate, you must obviously… get vaccinated. In particular, you can use the Vite Ma Dose application to get an appointment. Normally, even after the first injection, you will receive a paper document with a Datamatrix and a QR Code. However, you can easily obtain the digital version on the Ameli site of the Assurance Maladie.

How to register the vaccination or test certificate on TousAntiCovid?
Now let's go to the recording on the smartphone of your certificate of vaccination against Covid 19 or your PCR or antigen test result. Start by downloading the TousAntiCovid application if you have not already done so.

Download TousAntiCovid (AntiCovid / StopCovid) Free APKOpen the app and go to the section Certificate & Notebook to press the big tab My notebook. You will then come across a message explaining the procedure to follow depending on whether you want to scan your vaccination certificate or the result of your screening test. In all cases, you will have to click on the blue button Scan the QR Code at the bottom of the screen and authorize TousAntiCovid to access your smartphone's camera (at least once).
For the vaccination certificate, all you need to do is bring the paper document or obtained from Ameli and flash the QR Code displayed on the right. For the result of a test, you have to wait for an SMS containing the instructions to retrieve the precious proof on the SI-DEP portal of the Ministry of Solidarity and Health.
How to use the vaccination certificate in the health pass?
As a reminder, you are not immune to Covid-19 right after you have been vaccinated. You have to wait a few days, this period being longer or shorter depending on two criteria: the type of vaccine you have received and whether or not you have already been affected by Covid-19.
So, if you want to use your vaccination certificate as part of the health pass, you have to prove what is called "a complete vaccination schedule". Thus, you will be considered immune to Covid-19 in the following three situations:
- 2 weeks after the second injection for the Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines;
- 4 weeks after injection for the Janssen / Johnson & Johnson vaccine;
- 2 weeks after the single injection required for people who have already had the Covid.
From June 9, the curfew will be moved to 23 p.m. Between 23 p.m. and 6 a.m., you will therefore still need a travel certificate. This document will no longer be useful to you on June 30 when there will simply be no more curfews.
