White pages

If you are interested in understanding how to find an address from a telephone number, the first online service I suggest you use is that of White pages. This is essentially the digital transposition of the "classic" white Pages paper but, as can be easily understood, with some more advantages: first the constant updates and secondly the interactivity.

Thanks to this service it is in fact possible to know who or what a given address is headed by starting from a telephone number. For individuals, the search can only be carried out with fixed telephone numbers (the same ones that are also present in public directories), while for professionals and companies it is also possible to search through mobile phone numbers.

You ask me how to use it? Nothing easier. First of all, connected to the home page of the service, type the telephone number on which you want to know more in the text field Telephone number which is placed in the center of the page and presses the button search.

Once this is done, you will be shown a page with all the results of the search performed. If the telephone number you previously typed is present in the telephone directories, you will be shown the reference address and if an address is associated with this you can also view it on the map by clicking on the link. map.

If you are interested in this, I would like to point out that the service also allows you to perform reverse searches, i.e. starting from a name to trace an address and a number and / or starting from an address to trace the name and telephone number. To take advantage of the reverse search, just click on the tabs respectively name e address at the top of the PagineBianche site and search as I just showed you.

If you want, you can also search from mobile, as PagineBianche is also available as a free application for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.

Yellow Pages

Another web resource that is practically imperative to mention in an article like this is Yellow Pages, the online service of the historical paper directory with the telephone numbers of professionals and businesses. The service allows you to search for fixed telephone numbers, but also for mobile telephone numbers in the event that the professional or company of reference has chosen to make it available.

To use the online version of PagineGialle, connected to its main page, click on the tab telephone number and type the number of which you are interested in identifying the address in the appropriate field located in the center of the screen. Next, click the button search located on the right to start the search.

Once this is done, if any matches are found, you will be shown a page containing the results of the search made. Therefore, if the telephone number you previously entered is present in the telephone directories, you will also find the reference address indicated. In this case, you can also quickly identify the geographic location of the business in question by taking a look at the map that is shown to you.

If you need, you can also perform a reverse search: by selecting the tab address you can know all the shops, offices and public places that are located in a given area; by selecting the tab name you can find the number and address of a professional or business whose name you only know.

Also in the case of PagineGialle, I would like to point out that an application for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets is available that allows you to carry out all the necessary searches on the go.

InfoBell

Another Internet site I want to suggest that you appeal to do your research is InfoBell. Haven't you ever heard of it? Strange, it is quite well known! In any case, do not worry, I will update you immediately about it. This is a sort of "super telephone directory" that allows you to search about companies and people starting from their landline phone number as well as their mobile phone (in the cases I have indicated in the previous lines) to get to the address, in fact.

To start using InfoBell, first connect to the home page of the service and then select from the drop-down menu on the left if you want to search for a company or private phone number and type, in the adjacent empty field, the reference telephone number and click on the yellow button Research.

Next, consult the search results corresponding to the data you previously entered that are shown to you. For each result you will find the name of the company or private individual and the address (but also other useful information such as the website, the fax number and so on).

If you need to, you can also view the address on a map by clicking on the link For more information and then taking a look at the section Map in the new web page that is shown to you.

sync.me

Another great service useful for looking for addresses associated with telephone numbers, both landline and mobile, is Sync.Me, which, if desired, can also be used on smartphones and tablets in the form of an app for Android and iOS. Its simple and intuitive interface and its ability to easily find public information distributed on the Web make it a simple solution to use.

To use it, go to its main page and click on pennant located on the left, so that you can select the country code that you intend to set up for the search. After selecting the one you are interested in, write the number by which you want to trace the address of its holder and click on the button Search.

On the page that opens, check the box I'm not a robot and verifies the presence of any useful information regarding the numbering in question (if available), such as the address of the number holder.

Google

Also Google it can be particularly useful for finding the address starting from a telephone number. The famous search engine, in fact, can be a very valid resource for finding information about the address of a holder of a number, as long as these are public.

To proceed, then, go to the main page of Google, type the number of your interest in the search field located in the center of the screen and then click on the button Search with Google. On the page that opens, identify any search results related to the number you are looking for, in order to check for any information about the address of its holder.

If you want to deepen the subject and have some more tips on how to search on Google and how the Google search works, read the in-depth articles that I linked to you because they could really be useful.
